Join the Cannon River Watershed Joint Powers Organization as they host the fourth session of the virtual learning series Land to Lake Lectures. Excess salt from winter spreading can have an impact on our local water quality. During this webinar, Chloride Reduction Program Coordinator Brooke Asleson from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will share knowledge about the effects of chloride on the environment and steps you can take to minimize chloride use in your neighborhood. This series is offered in collaboration with the University of Minnesota-Extension.
