Kick off the New Year with a refreshing winter hike through a local forest.

Start the New Year off with some fresh air and a refreshing hike in Nerstrand Big Woods. Register for the hike and join the exploration of the forest while also helping us discover how to stay energized all year long! Dress for the weather with warm clothes and boots. Meet at the park picnic shelter. The program is free to attend, but a vehicle permit is required for all motor vehicles entering the park. It is $7 for a day or $35 for a 12 month permit. Permits can be purchased online or at the park office.
