NEW -- 2025 AIS Treatment Program and Contractor - Deadline April 30th

Cedar Lake Association conducted a request for proposal process and selected a new vendor to partner with in 2025. Lake Restoration will be treating 49.9 acres of treatment area for Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) according to our approved DNR permit.

--- AND -_- Lake Restoration offers services available to private property owners who are interested in lake shore treatments! Pricing starts at $280 per treatment + an annual MN DNR $40 permit fee.

Property owners who are interested in this private contract with Lake Restoration need to sign up by submitting the form by April 30th and Lake Restoration will get to work obtaining a DNR permit for treating your property.

Lakeshore Treatment Program Notes:

• Full service program - sign-up and Lake Restoration will take care of the rest

• Pay later - Net 30 terms at the time we conduct each treatment

• High-powered program: We apply a powerful combination of products to provide the best lake-weed and algae control results

• 1st treatment in May/June, 2nd Treatment 5-6weeks later in July

• They will notify customers by their preferred method several days before treatment

• No swimming restrictions with treatments, but there may be water-use restrictions such as irrigation (i.e. do not pump treated lake water to water lawns for 3-5 days)

• Any water-use restrictions will be posted on your property and included in a notice by email immediately after treatment.

• Sign-up Deadline: April 30th 2025 to allow them to work with the DNR to get the permits in-time for June treatment.

• Participation Requirement: Lake Restoration requires a minimum of 15 properties to offer the program so please share with neighbors and friends on the lake!
